Star Visions Photography primary staff

Ken has been creating portraits for over 20 years.  Ken and Eileen started Star Visions in 1993 in a small home studio.  Due to Ken’s unique casual style and personal service, several moves to larger studios were a necessity. Star Visions started with about 200 Sq. Ft. and has grown to over 2000 Sq. Ft.  Ken is a member of the Professional Photographers of America, Wedding and Portrait Photographers International and National Association of Photoshop Professionals.  Continuing education is a priority for Ken and these organizations help keep Ken and the studio staff ahead of changes, trends and technology by providing an abundance of classes and seminars. 

To support the Frankfort community, Ken has been an active member of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce including serving as 2006 President and seven years as a member of the Board of Directors. The Frankfort Chamber provides entertainment, sponsors events and supports a variety of charities within the Lincoln-way community.

Eileen Hawke is the general manager and camera room assistant.   Eileen is amazing with children, and works with Ken when small children are being photographed.   She makes sure your child has a fun and enjoyable experience.  Eileen helps the local business community as an active volunteer with the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce.  As a member of the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) Eileen attends many classes and seminars each year.

When Eileen is not busy making your children laugh, she enjoys working in the gardens surrounding the studio, they have been awarded the Mayors Beautification Award for the past five years 

Kristen is an important part of the Star Visions studio team.  Her responsibilities include setting appointments, working with clients placing portrait orders and packaging completed orders.  Kristen has a degree in photography from Columbia University and uses her artistic talents creating wedding album design and image presentations.  Kristen also assists Ken with weddings as a journalistic photographer.
